In 2008, 7 of our 22 Showcase homes sold. Furthermore, many builders received opportunities to build for new clients.

Rates Are Low

Our affiliates in the Mortgage Industry reported that most people didn't realize interest rates were so low.

Building Materials

Ideas in building materials and styles were enjoyed by all. The gorgeous concrete counter tops, seen below, are 1/3 the cost of granite.
